Are your stickers removable?
Most of my stickers are printed on white matte sticker paper unless otherwise specified, (i.e. vinyl stickers, glossy and premium matte)
So, no, they're not. Once they're down, they're stuck. Premium matte, however, can be repositioned for a short
while after being set down.
I received my stickers but they aren't cut/printed properly. What do I do?
Firstly, let me just crawl into a hole of embarrassment for sending wonky stickers to you. If that happened to you, I'm so sorry! Stickers are checked for quality control before they're shipped but sometimes, unfortunately, I do make mistakes and the wonky ones are overlooked and they may have made their way to you. Please message me via Etsy as soon as you detect any defects in your stickers and I'll either send you a replacement ASAP or refund your purchase. I want you to be happy with your stickers!
How long does it take for my stickers to arrive after I've received the shipping notification?
- PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND MESSAGE ME ASAP IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE.
If you're based in the Continental US, it shouldn't take over 5 days for your order to arrive unless there are natural disasters going on (e.g. cyclones, typhoons, terrible storms, wildfires, etc) in either my part of town or your part of town. If a week has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact me via Etsy ASAP and I'll resolve the situation to the best of my ability.

Are your vinyl stickers waterproof
My vinyl stickers are printed on durable, high quality vinyl...and YES, THEY ARE! Perfect for your laptop, journal and your favorite water bottle. When washing your water bottle, please use gentle hand washing methods and avoid the dishwasher.
Though these stickers are WATERPROOF, they are NOT LIGHTFAST and are not made for putting on surfaces that will be exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods of time. If applied to your vehicle, THEY WILL FADE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON YOUR CAR.
Are wearable items returnable?
Due to COVID-19 precautions, my shop is NOT accepting returns of wearable items.
Why don't I have tracking for my order?
DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS
Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service using Stamps or they are shipped as Flats, using a non-tracked label. So not Tracking is available. If you would like tracking on your order, please select the Tracked First Class Shipping upgrade option during checkout to receive tracking on your order. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
My order arrived, but it's late or past the date I needed it. What should I do?
In the case where a delay in delivery of your product has occured, please message me here so we can work out the details. You may request a refund, but the product will need to be returned to me in its original condition, prior to the completion of a refund. Please refer to my Refund Policy for more details.
